John Rawls argued that society's goal should be to lessen the welfare of the most well off
property rights should be equally distributed among all citizens.
Solution
Rawls refers to “the two principles of Justice as Fairness,” but the second has two parts. These
principles address two different aspects of the basic structure of society: the “First Principle”
addresses the essentials of the constitutional structure. It holds that society must assure each
citizen “an equal claim to a fully adequate scheme of equal basic rights and liberties, which
scheme is compatible with the same scheme for all.”
So answer here will be B.
