The document provides installation instructions for a 1-scene controller. It outlines the steps to include the controller in a Z-Wave network using a programmer/remote, which includes putting the controller into programming mode, including it in the network while close to it, and updating the controller after inclusion. It also describes how to exclude the controller from the network and reset it to factory defaults if needed.

project presentation on cell phone operated land roversunanda kothari
The objective of this project is to enable the users to control a robot by a mobile phone that makes a call to the mobile phone attached to the robot. The operations performed by the cell phone operated land rover includes forward, backward, stop, left and right turn.
In this project we design low cost high performance programmable home security system. This system uses a few LDR's as input sensors. When above sensor(s) get triggered system may dial the user specified phone number (using build-in DTMF generator) and activate the high power audio alarm and lights. All the parameters of DTMF generator, audio alarm and light interface are programmed through the RS232 serial interface.
Current firmware of this system presents interactive control system through the RS232 interface. This control system consist with the menu driven configuration options, self tests, system report generators, etc.
This system also contain 5W (with 4Ω speaker) audio alarm with three selectable tone configurations, which include Police siren, Fire engine siren and Ambulance siren.
Aim of project is to make use of mobile phone to control robot movement
The movement is controlled by pressing relevant keys on a mobile phone that makes a call to another mobile phone attached to the robot.

Mini Zipato drive with energy measurement allows the variation in your interior lighting to create a pleasant atmosphere in your home and also help you to reduce your energy consumption. Actually it is able to transmit the instantaneous power consumption (W) and cumulative (KWh) of equipment attached to it.
The controller ZRC-90 Remotec scenes can execute scenes in your Z-Wave network. When one of the ZRC-90 buttons is pressed, your central controller or box Z-Wave home automation will receive a signal that it can use to trigger scripts.

1. NOTES:
• If using a non-Leviton Programmer/Remote, refer to the
Programmer/Remote instruction sheet.
• 1-scene controllers included into a Z-Wave®
network must be
updated after you have included all other devices.
• If using the VRCPG's Install Checklist feature, go directly to Step C.
A) If using a Leviton Z-Wave®
Programmer/Remote, Cat. No. VRCPG,
press the Menu button and scroll down to System Setup. Press
the center button to select System Setup Menu. Choose Advanced
Settings. Press the center button to select Network. Press the center
button to <Include Node>.
B) If using VRCPG Programmer/Remote, you will be prompted to place
1-scene controller into programming mode.
C) To access Program mode, engage the air-gap
switch by gently pressing the top of the push
pad until the bottom lifts completely out of the
frame and a click is heard (refer to figure).
Wait 5 seconds and then press the push pad
back into the frame and hold push pad until
the LED turns Amber. Release the push pad
and the LED should blink Amber. You are now
in Programming mode.
NOTE: If the LED on the 1-scene controller
turns solid Red while including, there has
been a communication error.
D) While standing close to the 1-scene controller
(approximately 2-5 ft.), press the center
button on the Programmer/Remote to
<Include> device in the network. NOTE: Only
one device may be included at any time.
E) The VRCPG Programmer/Remote will assign a Home ID, Node ID,
and Name for this device.
NOTE: This information will be stored in the Programmer/Remote to
be used for future reference.
NOTE: You may edit the name of this device at this time.
F) The 1-scene controller is now installed in the network.
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS:
• ON/OFF LED for 2-way status reporting.
• To be installed and/or used in accordance with appropriate electrical codes and regulations.
• If you are unsure about any part of these instructions, consult a qualified electrician.
• Vizia RF +TM
VRCS1 1-Scene Controller does not control the load, but provides remote operation with Vizia RF +TM
switches.
• Recommended minimum wall box depth is 2-1/2".
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS:
• No traveler wires are needed. Remote controls via radio frequency (RF) technology.
• Can call one (1) scene ON/OFF or area ON/OFF with advanced Programmer/Remote (see VRCPG).
• For a complete set-up, a controller supporting the advanced Z-Wave® scene features is needed, such as the advanced Programming Remote (VRCPG).
• Disconnect power at circuit breaker or fuse when servicing, installing or removing fixture.
• Use this device only with copper or copper clad wire. With aluminum wire use only devices marked CO/ALR or CU/AL.

INTRODUCTION
Leviton’s Vizia RF +TM
components are designed to communicate
with each other via Radio Frequency (RF) to provide remote control
of your lighting. Using RF technology allows Leviton to provide the
greatest signal integrity possible. Each module in Leviton’s Vizia RF +TM
component line is a Z-Wave®
enabled device. In a Z-Wave®
network,
each device is designed to act as a router. These routers will re-transmit
the RF signal from one device to another until the intended device
is reached. This ensures that the signal is received by its intended
device by routing the signal around obstacles and radio dead spots.
This 1-Scene controller is meant to control special scene enabled
Z-Wave®
products. To control groups of devices that are mixed or do
not support scene command class use the Leviton 1-Zone Controller
(VRCZ1). Setting up this device requires specific advanced controller
functionalities, your controller must be able to associate device to groups
and must be able to control the scene controller configuration commands
such as the advanced Programming Remote (VRCPG).
• This is a Z-Wave®
Controller
• 3-way or 4-way control without traveler wires
• Can call 1 scene
• ON/OFF LED
• Two way communication
• RF reliability
• Ease of installation – No new wiring
• Compatible with other Z-Wave®
enabled devices
