2. Dear Coach, Joey Dynako is a senior at Homestead High School who has a goal to be a student and an athlete at a Division I school. It has been my privilege to know Joey for the last four years as his football coach. He has become the best senior leader of our football team since I have been a part of this program. He has lead by serving others, by being an example and by pushing those around him to be their best. He has forever changed the definition of what it means to be a senior leader in our program. Joey is an extremely motivated young man in and out of the classroom. He is an honor roll student on track to graduate with an honors diploma. He will have taken the toughest courses that we have to offer here at Homestead by the time he is through. He is self-confident, intuitive, and thorough in his approach to his studies. He requires little guidance and no prodding. As a senior Joey has started for our varsity football squad for the last three years. Joey received 1st team All-Conference recognition as a linebacker for the last two years and was our best overall defender. This year he is also a 1st team All-area player and an honorable mention All-State player at linebacker. He is a great student of the game, highly competitive, and extremely motivated to improve. He responds positively to criticism and listens well to instructions. He constantly strives to improve himself athletically and has succeeded in gaining strength and speed. He is a young man that I can recommend without hesitation for your consideration.
