for the past 2 and a half years and has proved to be a great asset to our team, she goes the
extra mile in all she does and assisted with the team leader duties in my absence ensuring

Elverna is very reliable and can be given any task to attend to and will take responsibility and
follow it through without any assistance.
She is very dedicated to her work and the goals of the team , she goes the extra mile to assist
the team wherever she can over and above her own daily responsibilities by coming up with
better ways of improving current processes to benefit the team and assist anyone who asks for
help.
Elverna does this and still ensures her work is always up to date and her standard of work
