As the Director of Operations here at Mocavo Inc., I am pleased to recommend Ivy. I
hired Ivy in February of 2014 as a Digital Collections Curator.
I have enjoyed working with Ivy from the very beginning. She has always been
consistent and dependable. I have never had to worry about her coming late or leaving
early. She arrives and starts working right away, which is important for this project-
based position.
Not only is Ivy dependable, but she is also a versatile employee. I can move her from
one project to another without any problem. She is able to grasp new concepts and adapt
to change. She is always eager and willing to do whatever tasks are assigned to her. She
has been instrumental in finishing multiple projects by the appointed deadline.
I appreciate and value employees who are invested in their work no matter what, even if
their career goals are not geared towards this specific industry. Ivy is one of these
employees who is invested in the cause of the company. If she is unsure about a
particular task she is not afraid to ask questions. I have been impressed with Ivy’s desire
to do a good job. Ivy is one of our top curators. She is smart and quick.
Not only does she work hard to complete her given tasks, she does so with a positive
attitude. She never says anything negative about the job or her co-workers and is helpful
to those around her. She has especially been an asset to our newer employees and has
trained them on many occasions.
Ivy is a valued employee whose work has been instrumental to our company’s success. I
