Simon Williams has over 20 years of experience in transport and strategy planning, project management, and change management. He leads a team of 45 internal consultants at Transport for London providing program, project, and change management capabilities. The Enabling Change Special Interest Group (SIG) aims to improve organizational, team, and individual change capabilities. Key factors for successful change include a clear vision and benefits, strong leadership, a well-structured approach, stakeholder engagement and commitment, a capable change team, and measuring change initiative success.
