which eliminates the main contractor and cut out their mark-ups in price. The cost savings from
hiring Construction Management is returned to you.

1. Assist the owner with developing an initial high level budget
2. Review all engineering drawings and comment
3. Identify areas of concern and notify owners
4. Put together list of qualified contractors by vetting the contractors
5. Manage the tendering process
