It is a great pleasure to write this recommendation for Leila Wilson. Until recently I have been one of
Leila’s supervisors, and since we first started working together Leila had always gone above and beyond
her job responsibilities. She partnered with management, working along aside them to help drive to
outperform other locations as well as rise above our own personal numbers set from last year’s goals.
Leila was a constant performer, extremely flexible, and was always willing to help out where needed. When
faced with challenges Leila was able to raise above them, seek out constructive solutions and demonstrate
a strong work ethic. Leila’s amazing customer service skills ensured customers left happy, giving us many
returning customers. Leila is eternally upbeat and her positivity is contagious.
In addition to having been a continual joy to work with, Leila was a motivator, leader, morale booster and
teacher to her fellow workers. While myself, her store manager, and her district manager were all saddened
to see her resign, this career change will be an amazing opportunity for her to grow and flourish doing
something she loves.
