It makes me extremely happy to recommend Karess. I have known Karess Scott­Williams for 1 
year professionally and any company should count themselves lucky to have an employee as 
bright and dedicated as Karess.  
 
As a trainer for the Customer Care Center, I  worked closely on training and ongoing quality. 
There has been several key projects that we have worked on and Karess was a huge asset.  
 
She is the type of person who has always gone above and beyond to help anyone he can while 
keeping the bigger picture in mind. Karess is always thinking outside of the box, using 
innovative solutions to assist.  
 
People building and analyzing people has been a strong suite for Karess. If I had to sum up in 
one word the strongest attribute for Karess it would be Integrity! She always keeps her word and 
if unable to meet a deadline she will follow up in a timely manner. 
 
Karess is always looking for ways to grow and stays humble. Tutoring and taking classes. Even 
though she always had a tightly packed schedule, she somehow manages it all with a smile on 
her face. 
 
In closing I would recommend Karess for an opportunity to be part of any company as he would 
be a huge asset. For all of these reasons, I think Karess will make a fine addition to your team.
