I have had the opportunity to work with Dillan as his manager for more than a year, in which
time I have come to know and admire a success driven professional. Dillan works with others

possible environment promoting team development and customer focused associates.
As a supervisor, Dillan has assisted in the hiring of top talent, on-boarding of new associates,
training and mentoring of seasoned associates, and the promotion of several direct reports to
greater roles within the company. He utilizes focus metrics such as secret shop, customer
service surveys, and exit Interviews to encourage best possible customer service, associate
adaptability, and exceptional management standards.
Dillan exhibits excellent communication skills within a busy, fast paced and always changing
environment. As a supervisor, he carries the responsibility to both ensure he has the most
updated information as a leader in the store, as well as the delivery of information in a
retainable manner to the sales team. This responsibility is met at the highest of standards,
