In Regards to Wai P. Wang;
To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure that Mr. Wai P. Wang has requested I write him a letter of
recommendation. I have had the experience of working alongside him, as well as
becoming his manager here at Oishii Sushi and Heartbeat Karaoke. Allow me to address
my fellow coworker as Chris. Beginning in late 2012, he has demonstrated dedication and
hard work along with strict work etiquette and morals; he has proven leadership between
his fellow employees and assisted in the growth of the company.
Chris is the person to call. I can rely on him to be punctual and prepared for a day full of
customers. Understaffed nights were solid as Chris assisted his coworkers maintaining his
already full sections. I asked him once if it was too busy for him. He said “No, I just got
to take it one step at a time and do my best!” His calm state of mind has definitely
influenced me and most likely others. Responsible and organized are traits of a leader. His
strong personality exemplifies that yet he remains modest. His character is without a
doubt professional and above all, enjoyable for the whole team.
Chris strives to make improvements within the company and expects results: creating
efficiency and increasing profits. He is able to illustrate the problem, implement collective
ideas, and provide feasible solutions. For example, Chris has seen our company struggle
with problematic coworkers. Noticing his team members lacked competition, he
suggested an array of rewards. By challenging himself, he also challenges others at
exerting their dedication. The point being, Chris was able to manipulate the idea of
positive reinforcement to benefit not only the company, but others and ultimately himself.
Chris is our most recent Employee of the Quarter. This company has tested his patience,
knowledge, customer service skills, teamwork, and even stamina. I firmly believe his
