Leidy Guzman has over 6 years of experience in customer service roles, including as a personal banker at Wells Fargo and a bank teller at JP Morgan Chase. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has strong communication skills. Guzman has a background in retail customer experience and currently aims to leverage her skills and experience in a new position.

When we engage customers through digital experiences for entertainment or e-commerce, it is imperative to consider the copy within the context of the medium, user flow, visual design, and overarching brand narrative.
