Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
1. Goal
•Every body has a goal in his life
•He does anything to reach at that goal
because he feels satisfaction
•So many desires is to be filled
•Postpones other desires and tries his best to
achieve other desires
•Goal is the first step in the process of
learning
Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
2. Readiness
•Learning occurs when individually is
physically and mentally ready for it
•After setting goal , students must be
prepared for it
•Readiness includes physical strength and
mental preparation and experience of the
past
•Students should be prepared for learning by
love and affection and not by the oppression
Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
3. Situation
•It is the third step in the learning process
•Provides the way of getting learning
•If a situation does not allow to get goal then
he must change and uses special behavior to
get it
Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
4. Interaction
•Learning enhances with the help of different
activities
•Interaction of the child is different from the
adult
•Every individual works according to his own
interaction
Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
5. Responses
•Individual adapts different ways to achieve
his goal
•After the interaction of the situation he tests
the different ways on different aspects
•Individual adopts a way according to the
response or result of these tests
Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
6. Results
•Results confirms the interaction or rejects it
•Learning depends on the satisfaction of the
individual he gets in his activities
•Satisfaction or dissatisfaction depends on
the result or conclusion
Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
7. Reaction to thwarting
•Sometime results are not according to the
goal and the individual fails to get his goal
•After failure, he evaluates and changes his
behavior and ideas which provides new steps
to proceed
Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
8. Participation
•It means active sharing or active
involvement of an individual in a game,
experiment or other activity
•In learning, active sharing means the active
sharing or involvement of the student in the
process of learning
•No effective learning without proper
participation of the students
Steps in Learning ProcessSteps in Learning Process
8. Participation
•Lesson should include some activities
performed by the students themselves or
some stimulating and thought provoking
questions
•Teaching learning process becomes two
way i.e., mutual sharing of teachers and
students rather than one way i.e., centering
round the teacher only
