- Weak digital competence may have consequences in various arenas of modern everyday life. If this situation persists, we may expect a large share of the population to be excluded from social life in the future The use of PCs diminishes with age, but it is a myth that the lack of digital skills is something that is restricted to the elderly. Adult who don’t use a PC at work on a daily basis are more likely than others to lack digital competence. This may mean an increased risk for certain vocations and for adults who are outside working lif
- Making non-users start using a PC has previously been the main challenge. Today the challenge is making those who have stagnated as weak users improve their skills
- Working as governmental agency both these subjects are not acceptable Examples: Internet banking, travelling etc
