options for mental health.

problems (Harvard Health
Publications: Harvard Medical School,
2009).

amongst each other, celebrating life in a positive
manner.
For many cultures education, income, political stands,
Geographic's and language all play a big part in
how they participate in social gatherings.
21

Yoga studies suggest that yoga can help reduce stress, anxiety and depression, allowing the
spine to be strong and erect, tall and straight, with the person feeling confident, focused and
full of energy (Harvard Health Publications: Harvard Medical School, 2009).
When exercising with yoga a person can take on a holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle.
When your home environment starts to reward you with migraine, allergy and fatigue free
days, a persons energy levels can increase.
