2. FILMThe director will work closely with the producer and
writers. The director must have a creative vision of
the production and what material that they can
achieved. The director has to be prepared so they
dont waste time and dont go over budget.
The writer is the one who comes up with the whole
idea and writes it and then sells it to the studios and
then the studios find the producers.
The producer has overall control of the production
they will gather the writer, director, cast, crew and the
finance. They will be accountable for the success for
the film. The producers roll will carries out till the film's
is release.
The cinematographer is the boss over the camera
and light crew and is responsible for making artistic
and technical decisions.
The camera department responsibility is to set up
and operation the cameras this includes choosing
the right lenses and filters to achieve the right shot
for the director and the cinematographer.
The sound operator will record all sound on set for
the production and they will minimise unwanted
sound.
The editor is responsible for cutting the raw footage
together. The editor will have to understand the story
and narrative to order the clips in the way that they
should be. The editor will be help by the an other
two editors.
The lighting department help to create the vison of
the director and the cinematographer. They have to
be practical and with budgetary restrains of the
production. They will also will use textiles and other
equipment to create shade and control the lights
