NATIONAL ENTITY 2017-18
Leadership Development Association is global, non-political,
independent, non-profit organization run by young
professionals. Its members are interested in world issues,
leadership, entrepreneurship, professional growth and in
many management area. LDA does not discriminate on the
basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed,
religion, Nationality, ethnic or social origin.

Mission: An International platform of the Foundation helps

• LDA Albania is a non-governmental, not-for
profit legal entity, which works under the
constitutional guidelines of LDA International.

VP – Human Resources
• Managing network, internal communication
and human resources in a way that facilitates
implementation and supports bigger number
of realizations.
• Directly supporting entities (also expansions)
to enhance their capacity for exchange
delivery
VP – Finance & Legality
• Managing finances of the ltd. and association,
securing legality of the organization along with
providing strategic support and advise for Member
Committee and the network.The role comes
down to assuring formal transparency within and
the organization globally and nationally, as well as
fulfilling all the external obligations required by
polish law, educating the network and making
financial decisions.
VP - Business Development
• Gaining and maintaining business
partnerships to assure revenue stream that
can sustain the organization.The role comes
down to assuring clear communication with
business partners, delivering high quality
Account Management and looking for
business opportunities that can facilitate
desired growth of both LDA and the partner.
VP - Marketing
• Setting communication strategy for our products
along with enhancement of digital and offline
channels in order to generate more leads and
eventually attract more customers to get involved
with LDA.
• Getting closer to the customer, understanding his
needs and setting strategy accordingly and enabling a
scale up in operations through shaping the right
message and adjusting our products together with the
exchange responsible.
VP – Incoming Exchange Programs
• Managing diverse customer portfolio through
cooperation with the commissions, ensuring customer
centricity while servicing in all the programs.
• Guarding the quality of value delivery in every single
experience and securing fulfilment of standards to
reach customer's satisfaction.
• Enabling bigger number of realizations through supply
management, especially through gaining and
maintaining country partners for exchange programs.
VP – Outgoing Exchange Programs
• Managing diverse customer portfolio through

General Profile of the Applicant
Please read carefully, this information is very valuable and relevant & will be
checked in the interviews. Being on the National Entity is one of the most
rewarding as well as challenging team experiences you will find in LDA.
Especially in Albania, with the amount of operations & the opportunities that
come with it make it essential to be fully prepared for the team.
While the members of the National Entity come from diverse backgrounds and
environments, several general characteristics, skills and knowledge is
expected.

• Being open minded, flexible to working with new ideas & styles and finally
resecting the values & integrity of what LDA stands for. Along with that,
the right attitude will sail you through the experiences.
Passion for the role & love for LDA!
• You will be in a team of extremely competent people, constant traveling
and extended moments of disconnectedness from the rest of the
association. What drives you, as a person has to be aligned to your role,
team and love for LDA!
Intellectual and psychological
• Several aspects of one’s personality are important and
to be a successful management team, Some of them are
constant learning, systematic thinking and creativity,
change, sense of responsibility, capacity of analysis, patience
and supportiveness.
Society Knowledge
• A broad knowledge of global and national systems, current
issues facing society and cultural issues is required to ensure
National Entity can be a proactive facilitator of direction - one
primary roles - and also maintain relevance of LDA’s activities
Understanding of the diversity that Albania as a country
skill favourably looked upon - as ‘one size fits all’ does not

Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, entrepreneurship, professional growth and in many management area.   • 5. • LDA Albania is a non-governmental, not-for profit legal entity, which works under the constitutional guidelines of LDA International.
  • 7. VP – Human Resources • Managing network, internal communication and human resources in a way that facilitates implementation and supports bigger number of realizations. • Directly supporting entities (also expansions) to enhance their capacity for exchange delivery

VP – Finance & Legality • Managing finances of the ltd. and association, securing legality of the organization along with providing strategic support and advise for Member Committee and the network.The role comes down to assuring formal transparency within and the organization globally and nationally, as well as fulfilling all the external obligations required by polish law, educating the network and making financial decisions.

VP - Business Development • Gaining and maintaining business partnerships to assure revenue stream that can sustain the organization.The role comes down to assuring clear communication with business partners, delivering high quality Account Management and looking for business opportunities that can facilitate desired growth of both LDA and the partner.

VP - Marketing • Setting communication strategy for our products along with enhancement of digital and offline channels in order to generate more leads and eventually attract more customers to get involved with LDA. • Getting closer to the customer, understanding his needs and setting strategy accordingly and enabling a scale up in operations through shaping the right message and adjusting our products together with the exchange responsible.

VP – Incoming Exchange Programs • Managing diverse customer portfolio through cooperation with the commissions, ensuring customer centricity while servicing in all the programs. • Guarding the quality of value delivery in every single experience and securing fulfilment of standards to reach customer's satisfaction. • Enabling bigger number of realizations through supply management, especially through gaining and maintaining country partners for exchange programs.
