Supervise 8 or more convenience store locations. Utilize Casey’s policies and procedures to oversee all day-to-day
operations of assigned locations. Coach and develop each manager with scheduling, interviewing, and recruiting top talent.
Inventoried all store locations on month-to-month basis. Managed cash control of all locations to insure all daily book
keeping procedures were followed. Teach & train all managers to understand inventory control, portion control, and proper
ordering to maximize profits. Conduct on site visits weekly and provide direct feedback to all store personnel. Prepare,
host, and conduct managers meetings to discuss key topics and review numbers and P&L reports. Properly train all
