Lahmacun is a Turkish flatbread topped with a ground meat mixture. The dough is made from flour, salt, sugar and olive oil. It is kneaded and chilled for 30 minutes before shaping. The meat topping contains ground lamb, parsley, garlic, onion, tomato and chili peppers seasoned with salt and pepper. The dough rounds are topped with the meat mixture and baked for 10 minutes at 400°F.
