Assessment divided into “Reaches”:  A : West and south side of breakwater [165m]  B : Inside of breakwater top the SW corner of Club [123m]  C : South side of clubhouse (old sheet pile wall) [29m]  D : Center Pier to SE corner of clubhouse [59m]  E : SE corner to NW corner of clubhouse [31m]  F : West and north wall of Shark basin [55m]  G : Marine railway  H : From marine railway to end of property, including gas dock
