This document provides an overview of a presentation given on March 5, 2013 about development plans for Boston's South End neighborhood. The presentation included panels from representatives of the Boston Redevelopment Authority, Normandy Real Estate, and National Development. They discussed the planning process for the Harrison Albany Corridor, proposed changes to zoning regulations including allowable heights and densities, plans for public spaces, and a specific development project at 275 Albany Street.
