 contributes their ability to solve critical problems.
 General examples,
physicians, architects, legal advisors etc.

 It is designated job in the company
 Assigned a job of solving problems and develop new
projects.
 Employees such as data analysts, product developers,
planners, programmers, and researchers who are engaged
primarily in acquisition, analysis, and manipulation of
