Euranova is a 15-employee consultancy that provides technology innovation services. To gain a competitive advantage, Euranova implemented Knowledge Plaza, a collaborative knowledge management platform, to facilitate knowledge sharing between employees and clients. Knowledge Plaza allows Euranova to collectively capture, organize, and enrich information from various sources. It provides benefits like capitalizing on collective knowledge, transparent internal communication, and added value for clients through access to Euranova's expertise. After six months of use, nearly 1,000 knowledge elements have been input into Knowledge Plaza, demonstrating its value for managing Euranova's knowledge-intensive work.
