 Learned how to use/what each command is for through
the standard tool bar, menu bar, and the formatting tool
bar.
 Learned how to format texts. Ex. Colors, sizes, and
different texts.
 Learned all different short cut keys on the key board
that could be used for Microsoft word.

3.  Skills learned:
 Learned how to make and use a workbook.
 Learned how to apply formulas and filtering data
through excel in our workbooks.
 Learned how to create charts and graphs to put
into our workbook to show our data in a different
way.

 Learned how to use the Navigation Pane while we
used Access
 Learned how to use the ribbon while we used
Access
 Learned how to use files from previous versions
of Access

5.  Skills learned:
 Learned how to add animations and transitions to
our PowerPoint presentation.
 Learned how to add videos and pictures to our
PowerPoint presentation.
 Learned how to add charts and diagrams to our
PowerPoint presentation.

6.  Skills learned:
 Learned how to adequately make a path through
the “slides” made for the presentation.
 Learned how to use zoom effects in Prezi to show
detail and important data.
 Learned how to structure the text and frames in
the Prezi presentation.

7.  Skills Learned:
 Learned to use Slideshare to edit and make
PowerPoint's unique.
 Learned how to collaborate through Facebook
and other social medias.
 Learned how to download an old PowerPoint file
to create a new version in Slideshare.

8.  Through this year in BIM I have learned
valuable lessons through all of Microsoft
offices tools. They are all alike in some way
but all have different pieces which need to
be learned. Each tool makes your work
unique and the tools are easy to use once
learned.
