Research for the Regional team regarding conventions and sales rep compensation. Analyzing expected cost of conventions helps
determine which will be attended annually. Sales Rep compensation structure helps with budgeting for the next year
Industry analysis, including dealer groups and competition along with customers’ markets. Assisting each auction to stay curr ent on
local industry changes, market changes, and insight into what is happening with competition
Assist in the analysis of territory alignment and optimization which will match personalities of auctions/employees to customers.
This builds a relationship which solidifies the business for Alliance
Training of Sales Reps and Sales Managers on OVE (Online Vehicle Exchange, a Manheim online sales platform), its benefits to
Alliance as another selling venue, and then assist with tracking results to optimize the use of OVE across all auctions
Attend and contribute to meetings designed to grow Alliance, such as developing a stronger eCommerce department
