I am college graduate from Utica College of Syracuse University with a BS in biology pursuing a career in patient care management. I
have been working in healthcare for 5 years ranging from front-office administration at Hudson Headwaters Health Network to the Pathology
Department at Glens Falls Hospital. I am always developing new front-office procedures to make Hudson Headwaters West Mountain Primary
Care office more efficient and advanced in patient customer care. I have been chosen to train new employees at Hudson Headwaters because of
my positive attitude, efficiency, and educational back ground. Through training new employees I have recognized areas of improvement and
