Prepare and edit manual and Student Guide of the Institute
Prepare academic calendar of the Institute
Preparation of Graduation Events
Facilitate Faculty and Departments in the supervision of Exams within the Institute.
Prepare budget under my Directorate.
Prepare application forms and give information that belongs to students.
Facilitate admission of full time and part time students.
Secretary to the board of Admissions
Retain a credible register for all students admitted in different programmes.
Disseminate updated Student lists to Departments.
Prepare and update the database containing student’s registration
