I managed a team of technician’s for remote and onsite repair, diagnostics and consulting with
email, phone, WIFI, Group policy, DNS/DHCP, Office 365, Widows XP –Windows 8.1 and

• Active directory for Mac, Widows and Linux environments, Xpient, Aloha and retail pro
POS system maintenance, printer and phone setup and installs.
