This document discusses human-computer interaction (HCI) and key related concepts. HCI involves planning and designing the interaction between users and computers, considering both computer techniques like graphics and operating systems, as well as human factors. There are three types of users - novice users focus on basic functions, intermittent users use basic and shortcut keys across keyboards and touchscreens, and expert users leverage voice activation and view computers as business tools.

(web usability) is designed.
