  4. Izgleda li dolazak vaših gostiju kao ova stolica? Ispočetka slabo pa nagli rast pa opet nagli pad? Kako ublažiti i rast i pad te proširiti sezonu?
  5. Na koji način davanjem promotivnih akcija povećati prodaju? Bez davanja popusta nema pojavljivanja na portalima. Na kojim portalima se trenutno nalazite?
  6. Na koje sve načine možete poboljšati zadovoljstvo gostiju davanjem popusta?

  8. Najvažnije je razmišljati tko me još može prodavati i takvima davati popuste (stari gosti, portali, agencije, vaša Internet stranica, …)
  9. Kada dajete popuste? U kojim situacijama?
  10. Koji su vaši načini privlačenja gostiju? Nudite li im više cijena za istu sobu, isti dan? Koje? Kako reagirate kada vam se otkaže soba?
  11. Zašto popustom nekoga iznenaditi? Kako? Npr. ako nešto gostu date u trenutku dolaska ili prilikom boravka kod vas, a što nije očekivao, to pozitivno utječe na njegovo iskustvo. Kako reagirati na reklamacije? Dati popust, ali ne odmah.
