2. Winners of the wish list received surprise visits from SYM Santa Clauses in downtown Ho Chi Minh City. Real-time updates of the Santa Clauses' locations were provided on SYM's Facebook page.
3. The event engaged over 2,900 users through key opinion leaders on Facebook and received over 2,400 interactions on a Facebook group. Facebook advertising reached over 130,000 users.
