आत्मदर्शन या विज्वलाइजेशन शायद सबसे मुख्य विधा है जिसकी मदद से आप अपने जीवन को अभीष्ट दिशा में ले जा सकते हो। जो कुछ आप चारों तरफ देख रहे हैं, वह प्रारंभ में सिर्फ एक विचार ही होता है। जैसे यह कप जिसमें आप चाय ही रहे हैं या यह घर जिसमें आज आप रहते हैं, बनने से पहले वह कभी आपके मन में एक विचार के रूप में ही था कि आप ऐसा घर बनाना चाहते हैं। फिर आपने उसकी योजना बनाना शुरू किया, उसका नक्शा बनवाया और इसके बाद उसका निर्माण करवाया। तब जाकर उसका भौतिक अस्तित्व सामने आया जिसमें आज आप रहते हैं। इस तरह मनुष्य का जीवन हमेशा समय की पटरी पर निरंतर आगे ही चलता जाता है और कभी पीछे मुड़ कर नहीं देखता।

वह और भी सी रयस बीमार क तरफ बढ़ रह थी !
इसी लए वह ऑथर के पास गई जो एक साइकोथेरेपी थे ! जू लया जब ऑथर से मल ऑथर को
उन पे बहुत तरस आया ! उनक हालत और उनक हे थ देखकर और उनक न उ मीद को
देखकर !

8. इसी लए उ ह ने ए सपे रमट करने को सोचा उ ह ने या कया क जू लया को 30 मनट
वकआउट और डाइट करने के बजाये बोला क तुम रोज रात म ट वी देखती हो जब भी ऐड आते है
तो आप रोज एटल ट 1 मनट तक जोर से चलना टाट कर दो अपने ह घर म यह – वह चलना
शु कर दो, और तेज चलो !
और नाउ यूज़ लए जू लया डॉ टर क बात सुनकर न उ मीद हो जाती थी ! ले कन यह संपल
चीज सुनने के बाद वह ए स सटेड हो गई ! और यह बहुत इजी था ! इसी लए वह रेडी भी हो गई

िजसके बाद से वह 1 – 1 मनट यू – यू चीजे करके एक रेगुलर ए सरसाइज करने वाल हे थी
औरत बन गई ! और अब खुश भी थी !

फर उससे पूछना क उसने सुबह – सुबह सबसे पहले इंटरनेट पर कौनसा वी डयो देखा ! वा तव

ले कन इसके बाद दूसरे दन वापस उससे वह सेम वे चन पूछो तो सायद इस बार भी उसे याद
