We will walk through examples of WordPress's use to create applications and very complex sites and then dive into the internals of WordPress that make this happen including: Custom Data Types, WordPress Hooks, Database Interactions, Connecting to Remote APIs, The WordPress JSON API, Caching, Extensibility, User and Role Management, Templates, and URL Rewriting.

9. 1. Stop feeling guilty. Don’t try to be perfect and stop

2. Learn to say no. This is probably the most sensible
thing you can do. You cannot change the world. Learn
to go for a walk or practise relaxation techniques.
3. Watch your diet. Make sure you have a good
breakfast and well-balanced meals.

someone important and that there are people who
love you.
5. Exercise. The chemicals produced through exercise
will do wonders.
6. Manage time. Plan your time so you are not always
in a rush.
7. Not your problem. See it as their problem not yours.
8. Learn to laugh. They say that laughing relaxes the
muscles so why not try it.
