The study assesses the effectiveness of a polyherbal formulation in treating Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in 36 female patients over three months. Significant improvements were noted in menstrual pain, the regularity of menstrual cycles, follicular growth, and reduction in obesity, with 27.77% of patients achieving complete symptom relief. This research suggests the formulation promotes holistic management of PCOS without adverse effects.
