CECIS developed from 4 to 12 February 2017 a training course developed for the EntrepreneurYouth project, funded by the European Union through Erasmus +, Key Action 1 Youth mobility projects.
The course was attended by 21 youth workers from 7 European countries: Romania, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Spain and Estonia. It aimed at training them in entrepreneurship and skills development to provide support for youth businesses (how to start, maintain and grow a business).
The training activities had as main objectives:
Presenting the concept of entrepreneurship and current European trends
Exchange of experiences in entrepreneurship among youth workers from partner organizations
Understanding the needs and interests of young people
Developing skills/competencies of youth workers to teach entrepreneurship education among young people through non-formal methods and tools

The training course is based on personality typology called Enneagram The
system describes 9 basic personality types with their :
specific motivations, values, strong points and challenges.
The aim of the seminar is to introduce Enneagram and enable the
participants to apply the model in educational setting.

2006 starts my career as trainer . I have been in charge more than 100 projects.
2008 I start my own project – EVENTTEAM – from the strategy, to management, from finance to
marketing, from negotiations to relationship with clients, from team management to evaluation,
from idea to the implementation – all process … and I did it.
I have experience working with and for different organizations . I am external trainer 5
organizations;
I have volunteer experience more tan 10 years including volunteer experience in Chicago
I have been training managers and kids ;
I am international trainer at Dorea Educational Institute and Salto Youth platform
I have been lector of a lot of conferences in different topics – from non-formal education to
business development
I have developed, written and delivered different training courses for companies, individuals,
corporate clients, banks and embassies, Erasmus+ projects, managers from different
corporations, teachers, youth organizations. Much of our course portfolio has been tailor made
to clients' specifications
Trainers do much more than train people. Trainer makes plans, inventions, new discoveries, by
putting different talents together, by developing potential and skills …
