REGIONAL HEALTH COMMAND-PACIFIC MEDICAL NCOIC: As the Regional Health Command – Pacific Medical NCOIC (Non-
Commissioned Officer in Charge), I am responsible for tracking current and future Clinical operations as well as provide expertise
and guidance to subordinate Warrior Transition Units (WTUs). Facilitates support for four Warrior Transition Battalions (WTBs) and
four Community Care Units (CCUs) across a 20-state region. Responsible to interface with Nurse Case Managers, Primary Care

I work for the BOYD-EDSON-DELMAR Fire Department as a paid volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician (EMT-B).
I have been an active member since 02/01/2002. State of Wisconsin Firefighter 1 certified, Firefighter 2 completed, Hazmat
Operations level completed. The EMT administers first aid treatment or life support care to sick or injured persons in prehospital
settings. Perform emergency diagnostic and treatment procedures, such as stomach suction, airway management, or heart
monitoring, during ambulance ride. Observe, record, and report to physician the patient's condition or injury, the treatment provided,
and reactions to drugs or treatment. Immobilize patient for placement on stretcher and ambulance transport, using backboard or

Facilitates support for four Warrior Transition Battalions (WTBs) and four Community Care Units (CCUs) across a 20-state region. Responsible to interface with Nurse Case Managers, Primary Care Managers, Squad Leaders, Platoon Sergeant and the garrison/Soldier support network to ensure Soldiers are cared for and processed to standard. As the Division Surgeon Cell NCOIC, I normally work under the staff supervision of the division chief of staff.
