Joblinge is a joint initiative by the Boston Consulting Group and the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation aimed at addressing youth unemployment in Germany. The program targets disadvantaged youths aged 15-25, placing them in vocational training and providing mentorship; it boasts an 80% success rate in maintaining training positions six months post-placement. With plans to expand to 20 locations by 2020, Joblinge aims to assist over 10,000 youths in achieving sustainable employment and integration into society.
