An internship and job guide for students trying to figure out what does and does not work for their futures. It is a better way to match students and jobs or internships in order to find the exact fit without them having the pressure of figuring it out on their own. This helps companies find the most compatible interns for themselves. Also, students begin to truly understand themselves through their skills, experiences, and personalities discovered. This was an idea created by myself and other students.
