 Provide Cisco VPN configuration and support for end users
 Started off as Site Support for Corporate office doing desk setups moving on to
supporting 3000+ employees
 Cisco 7942 (and other various cisco devices) Configuration
 Document and track all issues using Footprints ticketing system, monitor and analyze
network and voice performance
 Install and upgrade both software and hardware, basic account management, active
directory setup / configuring, assists remote users with VPN issues,

 Provide instructional, technical, and administrative support to end-users.
 Provide troubleshooting and support for IS/IT systems which include: wide area network,
remote office locations, phone systems, various servers and services (email, LANDesk Agent,
web, service order, etc.), user computers (desktops, laptops, tablets), and miscellaneous
technology devices (printers, copiers, fax machines, scanner, projectors, etc.)
 Provided support and installation of Ricoh and HP printer drivers (including HP Pin-
Printer service) to servers or off-net employees
 Utilizes the help desk with Cisco Agent call queue system and updating articles to
Knowledge Base and Microsoft’s OneNote
 Expertise in installing and configuring client software such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat,
MS Outlook, Visio, Project and web-based applications such as ILS, TCL, ODBC configuring,
Active Directory managing
 Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create
groups, assign roles and permission, Group policy
