Responsibilities:
 Drive E commerce sales by educating the members and helping them place orders
through the portal
 Negotiating with category manager, Stock planning and price benchmarking.
 Competition Analysis – General Trade, Modern Wholesale like Reliance Market,
Data mapping and assigning appropriate beat plan to the respective executive for
market working.
 Planning and Forecasting of budgets and achieving on monthly basis.
 Managing efficient and cost effective transportation for backward and forward
linkages.
 Monitor and take appropriate measures to eliminate handling and transport

 Taking care of FMCG products, Fresh dairy and Mother dairy frozen products.
 Monitoring price demand in the market, negotiating with category and bench
marking. Ensuring the stock level at DC and allocating it against the demand.
 Daily competitor’s analysis in term of price , quality and supply demand and
Plan the arrivals to the DC is along with B&M team to ensure space
utilization as per SCM norms.
 Monitor and take appropriate actions to eliminate stock discrepancies within
the warehouse and on delivery.
 Managing efficient and cost effective transportation for backward and forward
linkages.
 Integrating transport system for Safal Daily Fresh stores. Implementing
system to ensure that transported do not pilfer produce enroot & timely
arrival at all Safal Daily Fresh stores.
 Managing day to day route plans of SDF Outlet as per tonnage and clubbing
the outlets to reduce transportation cost.

3.  Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating,
coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and
procedures.
 Monitor and highlight to B & M team information on stocks nearing expiry /
outbound cut-off norms.
4. M/s. Daily Bread Gourmet Foods (I) Pvt Ltd.
The Main verticals of the business – (Breads, Cakes, Pastry and Ready to Eat
Products).
February- 2008 to July- 2012 as a “Manager –Operation & Sales”
Responsibilities:
 Handling the C&FA sale on day to day basis and ensure that the best quality
of products reached to them.
 Taking care of institutional sales through respective executive and Call centre
team for market working.
 Taking care of Customer compliance at CFA end & institutional sale and if
compliance noticed taking the corrective action to satisfied the customer.
 Responsible for replenishment of damage products in transit on day to day
basis.
 Taking care of indenting part of CFA after analyzing the expire returns as the
returns should not cross 3% of sales on daily basis.
 Maintaining food cost and packing cost as per target
 Standardize the Logistics flow of work and train the crew (Receiving, Holding,
Packing, Handling, and Dispatch procedure) to avoid confusion.
 Effective utilization of man power at all the points of logistics by means of

avoid the poor quality and damages of the product

 Maintaining products temperature while receiving, allocation and dispatches
of stock.
 Checking the quality and quantity of stocks while receiving and dispatching.
 Tracking of Non-moving inventory through aging analysis and perpetual
inventory management systems.
 Verification of Documents (Receipt Payments, Goods Receipt Note, Delivery
Challan,) and arranging for Stock Audit on Monthly basis.
