 Responsible for the supply chain & logistics order management, order proceeding & ensuring the order
fulfillment and smooth transactions of shipments PAN INDIA.
 Order processing, managing the orders, Invoicing, Receiving the purchase order.
 Procurement of Material, Material Management.
 Expediting, Processing the Bills of vendors (Billing). Budgeting.
 Implement ideas that lead to process improvements (cost, time, service improvement).

2.  Responsibilities of Fully Computerized & ERP Procurement. Screening of Requisitions Prior to
Forwarding for Procurement In-charge. MaterialProcurement Receipts, Physical Inspection, Stacking,
Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items, Maintaining All
Procurement Documents.
 Materials Management, Purchase order work under based on oracle and online Purchase Order is
prepared in SAP module. Reconciliation vendor Statement with Oracle System & Manual. Stock
Verification, Analysis of Vendor Performance & Price Variance & Purchase related all responsibility.
 New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and
Payment etc.

Role and Responsibility:-
 Responsible for the supply chain & logistics activity for whole warehouse operation & ensuring the
order fulfillment and smooth transactions of bags for the various various locations as per the cut-offs/
TAT, stock management, Pickup & returns process and inventory accuracy.
 Raised purchase order (Efin), Confirmation of order & Daily preparation of route matrix to pick up
order and pick time scheduling, managing fleet crew according to pick up requirement on daily basis.
 Achieve target in key service area such as raised P. O. Pickup, back order, expected order, distribution,
inventory reduction, schedule adherence,cycle time reduction
 Daily received above 40000+ shipments from FC, monitoring of data and segregate according to pin
code to region wise and proper bagging to different segments to region wise, bags are sent to Delivery
Hubs within target time (Cutt-off) and Follow with delivery Hub’s Team. To ensure that orders should
be shipped on FIFO/TAT.
 Regular three dimensional evaluation of vendor performance based on PQD (Product/Quality/Delivery).
 Handling RTO shipment delivery & Reconciliation on daily basis above 20,000 shipments.
 Closely involve in order demand forecasting for the upcoming weeks & month with Vendors & FC
support team.
 Monitoring stock level approx. 25,000+ SKUs in warehouse of minimal variance, and take caring
allocation of the SKUs.
 Responsible for Timely procurement of Material, budget allocation , Monthly MIS & Inventory Control
 Ensuring managing accurate dispatches & monitoring and keeping zero mismatch record. monthly
review of stock count accuracy and present variance report to the top management
 Ensuring 100% stock reconciliation virtual and physical at different stock points.
 Daily performance management sheet updating and co-ordination with top management.
 Coordination with destination hub's/FC's/ MH’s/DH’s with Pan India over the mails & con-calls for
resolving urgent queries.
 Responsible for space management and implemented kaizen to reduce 2500 sq feet of
inbound/outbound process area by restructuring ofreceiving/forwarding lane layout.
 Ensure stream lined and hassles free dock management with 0% variance.
 Cost analyzing skills / knowledge of motion study & mapping the area.

3.  Preparation of Daily Stock & Daily Sales & Pending Orders Statement Reports.

 Managing all the daily based activities of MH (SOP),also following working standard of 5S.
 Handling complete escalations of mails as well as with CS and OPERATIONS TEAM

 Keep tracking of smooth transition of Air/Train/Road media until closure of entire shipments
