1. Operations
• Sets specific goals for his store in line with the direction given by the higher-ups
• Prepares action plan to accomplish objectives
• Ensures that plans are carried out within allotted time
• Sets the sales and profitability targets of the station
• Prepares station budget according to set targets and goals
• Conducts inspection and corrects deviation to standards on quality, service and cleanliness

2. Marketing
• Communicates mechanics to subordinates and assigns staff to implement the program. Communicates
feedback to higher-ups
• Prepares plans for local store marketing efforts
• Compares the station performance against competitors within the immediate vicinity and takes action to

3. Maintenance Jobs
• Coordinates and follows-up with the maintenance / engineering group, all station and equipment needs

• Trains, leads and motivates supervisor

VMI, (Vendor Managed Inventory) where Shell determines the fuel volumes to be
delivered along with the timing and frequency of deliveries
VMI is the preferred / often mandated process and will be applicable to most
retail site replenishment requirements
To ensure that the Shell retail site has adequate stocks to enable the Retailer (or
Nominated Principal) to meet customer needs.
To ensure that every fuel delivery is carried out in accordance with all legal requirements
and Shell procedures to minimize the risk of injury to people or damage to property
and/or to environment.
To identify any short deliveries e.g. fuel fraud/theft
2. To identify any fuel product grade that is delivered into a tank containing a different product grade.
To identify fuel contaminated with water before discharging to storage tanks
To provide accurate calculated delivery volumes of fuel (by tank and product grade) to enable site
reconciliation process.

Work Description :
• Prepares weekly manpower roster (scheduling). Ensure that labor cost is within the budget, .21 per liter
• Ensure that all HSSE concerns are reported and documented within 24 hours
• Ensure availability of forecourt and Select store cleaning materials and supplies
• Informs management team of manpower recruitment
• Recruitment and Hiring: Schedule exams / initial interview of applicants. Inform and schedules applicants
for final interview
• Conducts orientation and training of newly hired employees
• Monitor and evaluates training of new crew/s by accomplishing the following during and after the training
period: Site Staff Induction Exam, Site Staff Induction Interview, Forecourt Service Checklist, Performance
Appraisal
• Prepares and Accomplishes the following monthly reports: Performance Appraisal, Cashiers Variance Reports,
Monthly reports (i.e. fuel volume, monthly highlights, incident reports). Submit to EMB(DENR) quarterly
reports(SMR)
• Conducts regular training on forecourt service, customer relations, HSSE meeting and awareness of company
rules and regulations
•Orient crews regarding existing promotions
• Review performance of all employees for the Model Employee of the Month
• Prepares the forecourt for the audit and achieve audits by at least 95%
• Conducts Monthly Performance of Staff
• Conducts Food Safety Audit and SCRA audit in Select Monthly
• Conducts Monthly Training and Seminar regarding Food Safety
• Prepares Monthly reports to be submitted
• Monitors Sales Performance in accordance with the target issued by the Manager and RTM (Retail Territory
Manager)
• Ensure that all products (fast-food, beverages, chips, confectioneries, biscuits, grocery items etc) are served

• Submits reports as scheduled to Environmental Management Bureau
• Update adjustments on delivery vs sales invoice to Havi (monthly)
