Directed the daily activities for the Material Handling Operators for shipments and deliveries including

Planned and directed dry storage warehouse redesign. The redesign included a rack system that was
installed by an outside contractor. This activity took planning and coordination of man-hours and
product relocation. The result of the redesign was a 33% increase in capacity and a 2% increase in
inventory accuracy.
Reduced shipping costs by instituting high cube reefers for overseas shipments where possible.
Facilitated the distribution of recycle material to world areas.
Managed an extra capacity trailer pool of 70 trailers for recycle and intermediate products awaiting
disposition to world areas.
