Support Engineer III
 Deploy software changes to seven (7) worldwide manufacturing sites
 Manage hundreds of trouble tickets per week, requiring interaction with multiple internal teams and
external companies
 Conduct meetings to identify ways to improve support load and review created metrics for tracking ticket
resolutions of issues and identify ways to mitigate future occurrence of outstanding recurring problems

 Created a system that allowed linking user data gathered from web page clicks to in-call tracking and

outside service outages that allowed SLA to be met on multiple occasions dealing with hurricanes hitting
New York and data center outages from our physical server infrastructure
