1. Telemarketing all the courses on the training schedule , budget and plans
as well as making all the clients research and I was awarded the top caller
of the month as of January 2016 and I was honored the miss congeniality

2. Works closely with the program Manager in communication regularly to
oversee needs assessment surveys, focus and evaluation process. Confers
with the program manager regarding decisions with budgetary
implications.
3. Gathersinformation, content,personnel andevaluations;Determinetraining
audience andtheirknowledge andskillstrainingneeds.
 Identifies appropriate training methods for target audience
 Identifies trainers, facilitators and co- facilitators
 Conducts training evaluation, passes out and collects follow up
evaluations.
4. Communicates and coordinates program specific information, coordinates
process and program evaluations, works directly with curriculum
developer- communicates content needs and changes.
5. Manages on - site logistics, makes sure all arrangements are made for
participants and trainers with appropriate travel, lodging and rental cars.

breaks work with the facility’s meal schedule.
7. Updating data in the Infosys, daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
