HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING IN THE HOME?
ITB in conjunction with the NLN have developed a unique FREE short course
aimed at matching you to your ideal type of work or training course. The
programme has been developed for people over 23, who are unemployed
and are currently not involved in education. The launch of the Work Analysis
Programme takes place on Wednesday 15th December at 10am in ITB.
This programme is being funded under the Dormant Accounts Fund.
The topics that will be covered on the programme are:
• Learning Profiler/Working Styles • Office Skills
• Customer Care/Service • Presentation Skills
• Sales and Communication • IT – basics
• Career Guidance • CV writing
• Team Building • Further Study Options
• Negotiation Skills • College guidance i.e. Fetac, Hetac, CAO
