 Successfully restructured sales force of OEBS by adapting a market verticals approach with extensive
focus on both customers and products resulting in turnover increase of approximately 25%.

Oce as an exclusivepartner in Qatar. In addition to this, HP plotters, printers and scanners constitute a major
component of the business and OEBS has been awarded HP Gold Partner status in Qatar. Besides, OEBS has
prestigious IT products in its portfolio such as Apple, Dell, Adobe and Microsoft.
EstablishingOEBS as the leadingprovider of office equipment and business solutionsin Qatar as demonstrated
below:
1. Konica Minolta (printers, MFPs and Digital Production)
 Due to successful management of the Minolta brand was appointed as sole distributor of Konica
Minolta after the merger in 2008;
 Maintained strong relationship with Konica Minolta and OEBS has been recognised as the best
distributor in the Middle East for 2014;
 Established Konica Minolta colour machines as a premium brand in Qatar with an estimated market
share of 25%;
 Won numerous tenders at leading Qatari institutions such as Qapco, Ministry of Interior and Qatar
Armed Forces.
 Introduced managed print services (MPS) to the Qatar market and established a dedicated printing
solution team for security, device and user management;
 Re-organised the department to focus on specific client verticals and selected products sui table for
each vertical. This required skills assessment, product selection and careful recruitment.
2. Oce
 Successfully retained the distributorship of Oce for Qatar despite the takeover of Oce by Canon.
 Built a solid relationship with Canon subsequent to takeover and have met their expectations and

 Developed a dedicated team for Oce that has established itself in the Qatar market.
3. HP (Imaging and printing group)
 Managed to secure HP Gold Partner status
 Been accredited as a Designjet specialist and have been a worldwide top 100 Designjet reseller for

 Maintained target level of market share despite Apple opening the Qatar market to competitor
