OF OBSERVATIONS
• Overall, quality management progress has been good
over the last 12 months
• There have been positive developments, including the
deployment of a new MIS, and migration over to a better
assessment management software tool
• Regular reviews of KPIs (QIT Meetings) show that KPIs are
being met or exceeded
• There are additional Management Performance Meetings
which contain a good summary of KPIs.
• These demonstrate that timely success rates are
being positively addressed, and Pathway are
achieving their target.

• The management system documentation demonstrated conformity with
the requirements of the audit standard and provided sufficient structure to
support implementation and maintenance of the management system.
