A commitment to continuous and consistent with
the requirements for the six key operations are
required for ISO 9001:2015 certification:
 Documentation and information control
 Internal checks and balances
 Maintaining control over nonconforming
products and services.
 Appropriate action is required.
 Taking preventative measures.
 The remaining needs don't really required
their own process; instead, they should be
handled by standard operating procedures or
supported by proof of execution, such as
records, statistics, and forms.
