This document outlines a development plan for a teacher with two areas of focus: functional competencies and core behavioral competencies. For functional competencies, the plan aims to strengthen the teacher's applied knowledge of content and use of research-based teaching principles through coaching, mentoring, attending sessions, and reviewing guides. For core behaviors, the plan seeks to improve the teacher's teamwork, innovation, and enhancement efforts through additional coaching, mentoring, training, and feedback programs. The timeline for interventions is year-round utilizing school head coaching and available resources.
